Base: $195,000 - $275,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs

Key Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• 3+ years blockchain and tokenization experience
• 5+ years engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or Engineering
• Experience with Solidity, Rust, Go
• Familiarity with wallet infrastructure and key management
