Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years experience in reception or front office
Occupational First Aid Certificate required
Fire Warden certification or ability to obtain immediately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with visitor management systems
Nice-to-have
Working proficiency in Mandarin language
Experience in multi-floor corporate office environment
Familiarity with international shipping documentation
Experience with CMMS tools
Background in managing meeting room technology
Key Requirements
