  • Performs high level maintenance and repairs on building interior and exterior, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis within their field of expertise.
  • Develops sequence of work regarding complex Building Maintenance & Repair assignments and utilizes problem-solving skills to establish corrective actions.
  • Schedules tasks to efficiently complete complex assignments, creates Scope of Work for outside vendors, and maintains a schedule of maintenance and repairs.
