Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years technical program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or CS
Hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI tools
Expert knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
Proven track record leading large-scale technical rollouts
Nice-to-have
Strong background in software engineering leadership
Experience mentoring other TPMs and engineers
Ability to participate in architectural reviews
Deep understanding of agentic autonomy challenges
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in technical program management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Software development background with programming language proficiency
