Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics or related
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering or technical position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or people management
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10-20%
  • Ability and willingness to climb wind turbines and work at heights
  • Proficiency with English both written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated ability to accommodate for fast pace projects and changes in work scopes
