Key Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant/CPA with 10+ years
  • Minimum 10 years technical accounting experience
  • Experience with US GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with ASC 805, 606, 842, 280, 810, 815, 718, 323, 325, 480
  • Experience with IFRS 3, 9, 10, IAS 28, 32
  • Experience in accounting for mergers and acquisitions
  • Experience drafting SEC filings
