Key Requirements

• Degree or certificate from accredited HVAC school
• 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA certification or equivalent HVAC licensing preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls
• Experience with inverter technology troubleshooting
• HVAC field service, technical support, or trainer experience preferred
