This role drives customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and counsel to Field Service Engineers and customers for Siemens X-ray products.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, coaching Field Service Engineers and contributing to the improvement of service processes and tools.

Salary
Base: $94,400.00-$141,600.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO included

5 years diagnostic imaging experience
Siemens X-ray system repair expertise
Remote and onsite technical support
Valid Driver's License required
Mechanical and electrical equipment servicing
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Networking certification or experience
Training and coaching skills
Project leadership experience
Advanced computer networking knowledge
Key Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of diagnostic imaging experience as FE II/III
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
