The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program provides specialized lectures, simulation, case studies, and clinical experience with designated preceptors.
Selected candidates will provide direct patient care in diverse specialty areas including Acute Care, Critical Care, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Department.
New Graduate RN Residents must complete one year of experience and meet all program requirements to be considered for the RN I position.
