Salary

Base: $117,000 to $208,000 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus and long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k up to 7% match, HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

  • Lead Auditor certification from recognized program
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience (or 7+ with Master's)
  • Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA, RAB-QSA, ASQ, BSI, TUV)
  • US work authorization required without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 50% domestic and international travel
