Must-have
Performance testing strategy ownership
Cloud-based application performance testing
Integration with CI/CD pipelines
Load, stress, and scalability testing
Collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
QA automation experience
Partnering with Enterprise DevOps teams
