Job Summary

• The Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE) group is formed to drive change and implement Operations strategy, leading the Citi transformation agenda by scaling programs of work that redefine core operations architecture and processes.
• The role involves leading the adoption of AI with Data & Analytics strategy, comfortable thinking strategically and diving deep to drive strategic implementations in support of the firm's processing risk appetite.
• Responsibilities include coordinating execution strategy, partnering with technology and lines of defense teams, driving best practice execution, and ensuring resilience, scale, speed, and security of the Data Infrastructure.
