Must-have
Active LCSW, LCMHC, or LCMHCS license in North Carolina
3+ years behavioral health experience in medical settings
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Patient assessment using PHQ-9 and GAD-7 tools
Crisis assessment and safety planning capabilities
Nice-to-have
Experience with Athena EMR system
Background in value-based care models
Ability to travel across Western North Carolina
Strong collaboration skills with primary care teams
