The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests, requiring a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • Responsibilities Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
  • Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
  • Establish contacts with house guests/long-staying guests and renders assistance when necessary
