Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring compliance with procedures, and managing nursing staff.
The role requires providing direct nursing care as necessary, starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring medication passes and treatment schedules.
