Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
