Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years experience in regulated manufacturing
  • Knowledge of validation and change control
  • Experience with cross-functional project teams
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in medical devices highly regulated environment
  • Exposure to cost-out and supply continuity initiatives
  • Familiarity with SAP manufacturing systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Communications
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or sustaining engineering within a regulated industry
  • Working knowledge of validation, change control, risk management, and manufacturing documentation
  • Experience operating in a quality- and regulatory-controlled environment
