Job Summary

  • The Director, Facilities & Engineering (F&E) provides leadership and oversight to Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, Calibration/Metrology, Qualification/Validation and Facilities Services for the Leiden Cell Therapy facilities.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring a validated and compliant state of operation for systems and equipment, generation and delivery of utilities at peak efficiency, and providing facilities management services.
  • This role directs all components of the F&E organization, sets high standards for safety and compliance, and ensures reliable operation of critical facilities, utilities, and equipment.
