Job Summary

• Assist with event space set-up, including furniture placement and equipment distribution based on specific client needs.
• Provide excellent desktop support services to internal staff and level 1 & 2 support for all point-of-sale system problems.
• Conduct Observatory walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events, and replace defective hardware.
