  • You will play a key role in overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payment-related activities across corporate actions and private-equity events.
  • In this role, you will manage daily workflows, coordinate information across multiple stakeholders, and ensure all instructions, reconciliations, and client communications meet the highest operational and control standards.
  • You will act as a subject-matter expert, supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and testing of new functionalities while maintaining strong relationships with bankers, custodians, shared-service teams, and clients.
