Base: $136,400.00 - $181,400.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Finance (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in clinical site budgets or study start-up
Experience within a pharmaceutical sponsor or CRO environment
