The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and stop orders.

Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications per physician orders
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Participate in resident discharge planning
Monitor infection control procedures

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Experience with PCC software preferred
Ability to handle emotionally difficult situations
Willingness to work flexible shifts including PRN
Excellent communication with families and physicians
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
