  • Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and stop orders.

Key Requirements

  • Current active LPN/LVN license
  • Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Knowledge of PCC software preferred
  • Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
