Must-have
5+ years industry experience in data science
PhD or M.Sc. in Operations Research or related field
Expertise in combinatorial and continuous optimization
Proficiency in Python, R, Java, Hadoop, Git/SVN
Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics
Nice-to-have
Background in transportation or logistics industry
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams
