Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive engineering knowledge to solve complex problems and lead projects that advance technological capabilities.
  • You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System and contributing to the attainment of 5 Sigma goals.
  • The role includes supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians and acting as a coach and mentor for other engineers while maintaining a calm demeanor in a high-energy environment.
