Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years progressive experience in facilities engineering
Experience with CMMS/CAMS system deployments
Knowledge of reliability best practices and KPIs
Ability to travel up to 50%
Nice-to-have
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments like FDA/GMP
Familiarity with Fluke eMaint or Maximo systems
Understanding of asset hierarchy and naming conventions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience
