Job Summary
Greets customers in the service drive area and assists them with the process of checking vehicle in for service.
Assists Service Advisor by working with customer and technician to identify required maintenance and may advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards and ensures an organized, clean and safe work area.
