Job Summary

  • The Program Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the technical components of ABDM, including supporting the ABDM-enablement of digital health solutions, guiding healthcare facilities and technology partners through technical onboarding, ensuring compliance with data exchange standards, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provide hands-on, on-ground technical support to healthcare facilities (both public and private) for onboarding and implementing ABDM-enabled solutions.
  • Organize and conduct specialized technical trainings and capacity-building sessions for health facility staff, IT teams, vendors, and other implementation stakeholders.
