Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Completed training as Project Manager or Technician
  • AutoCAD software knowledge required
  • Strong English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Willingness to travel 50% within DACH region

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with LEAN methodology principles
  • Familiarity with Sage Office-Line software
  • Knowledge of CRM Dynamics 365 systems
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering

Key Requirements

  • Successful completion of vocational training in Project Management, Technician, or Master craftsman
  • Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Woodworking
