Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
Work with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The DSD also provides direct resident/patient care and supervises staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures.
