Job Summary
Responsible for all phases of food preparation (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards.
Prepare meals based on menu requirements, select appropriate ingredients, and ensure proper food amounts for daily menus.
Maintain meal count and documentation records, monitor for overproduction, and recommend utilization of leftovers.
