Job Summary

  • This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
  • You will configure, operate, and maintain processes and equipment incorporating web mechanics, coating, printing, drying, curing, analysis and characterization.
  • The role requires conducting designed experiments to support lead researchers in understanding how materials and process parameters affect final product properties.
