Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various facilities to ensure operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards of the performance-based contract are met in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner.
  • Leads O&M facility staff daily on a large individual site and manages local facility operations in accordance with approved operating guidelines and budget.
  • This position includes a competitive benefits package and a hiring salary range of $89,400 - $134,300, with salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
