Job Summary

• The Operations & Reporting Manager partners with the Product Owner to ensure the iEnvision Publications Management System is well specified, documented, and continuously improved, while transforming operations data into actionable insights.
• In this role, you will translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate configuration cycles and releases, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), triage support tickets, and maintain current workflow documentation.
• Based within AstraZeneca’s BioPharmaceuticals R&D division, the Publications Operations team is responsible for the management of the enterprise-wide Publications Management System (iEnvision), overseeing data management and reporting, delivering training to ensure procedural compliance, and coordinating the review and approval of scientific publications prior to external dissemination.
