Must-have
5+ years leading refrigeration engineering teams
3+ years hands-on vapor-compression system development
Experience with natural and low GWP refrigerants
Expertise in thermal modeling and simulation tools
Knowledge of UL, IEC, FDA, CE regulatory standards
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Lean and PPI methodologies
Experience with automated testing and data acquisition
Strong ability to translate technical concepts to business
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems, Chemical Engineering or Physics
Master's degree preferred
5+ years experience leading refrigeration/thermal system teams
3+ years developing vapor-compression systems for cold storage
Experience supporting regulated medical products (UL 61010, ISO 13485)
