Must-have
7 years global markets documentation experience
Deep knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement
Experience with Credit Support Annexes CSAs
Knowledge of interest rate swaps FX credit derivatives
Understanding of Variation Margin Initial Margin closeout netting
Nice-to-have
Experience drafting confirmations
Knowledge of GMRAs GMSLAs give-up agreements CDEAs
Pragmatic attitude with genuine interest in sharing knowledge
Ability to work independently in high-volume environment
Strong record keeping and database management skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years global markets documentation experience
Qualified Lawyer status required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical negotiation skills for global markets documentation
