• Serve as the patient engagement process expert, building deep knowledge of how Biogen supports patients today across intake, onboarding, case management, adherence, and ongoing support.
• Develop and execute the patient engagement technology roadmap, co-leading the creation of a multi-year plan in partnership with Patient Services, Patient Access, and External Growth & Innovation.

Salary

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Patient Services IT
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar platforms
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
