Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years HR experience
  • 3-5 years senior leadership role
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law
  • Experience with Works Councils
  • Degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • European citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
