CAD/CAM software proficiency (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
Blueprint and schematic reading skills
Lean manufacturing principles application
Root cause analysis participation

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years manufacturing or assembly experience
Associate degree in electronics or electromechanics preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
