The Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce at UBC's Office of the CIO will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing strategies to leverage automated systems in support of the university's goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly within the Education Cloud, and will play a key role in managing business analysis activities for various IT-enabled projects.

Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst analyzes business needs and develops overall strategies for how automated systems can be used to support the short- and long-term direction of the business.
The Senior Business Analyst will own and drive the business analysis process and will be expected to manage portions of the project life cycle in regards to the business analysis phases.
The role operates in close partnership with the Constituent Engagement Platforms to ensure that project requirements align with the university’s long-term platform roadmap, minimizing technical debt and maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
