  • As an Engagement Manager in our Higher Education practice, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue management.
  • The Engagement Manager will also be tasked with managing to the agreed upon budget and delivering the project profitably.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years project managing ERP solutions
  • 6+ years consulting experience
  • 6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian
  • 4+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS
  • 8+ years project managing ERP solutions (P5)
  • 8+ years consulting experience (P5)
  • 6+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS (P5)
