The Legal Counsel is primarily responsible for the coordination of post-acquisition integration entity transactions to integrate acquired targets as part of Accenture’s corporate structure.
The role entails managing and/or coordinating complex entity transactions involving multiple countries across Accenture, and supervising outside counsel as necessary.
