  • Lead, motivate, and develop the R2R Global Capital & Fixed Assets Team to ensure high standards of financial control, compliance, and best practice.
  • Drive system and process improvement initiatives, manage team performance, and ensure adequate resource planning to meet service levels and KPIs.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders, manage issue resolution, and ensure compliance with SOX/FCF Controls and statutory audit requirements.
