  • Perform a complete initial evaluation of referred patient; develop and implement treatment plans, including appropriate short- and long-term goals; involve the patient, family and staff in the implementation of the treatment program.
  • Maintain a complete documentation of patient evaluations, treatment, progress and discharge status; send required information to appropriate professionals.
