Salary
Base: 176,500 - 294,100 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus and long term incentive plan; Benefits: comprehensive range of benefits, including medical, vision, dental, well-being and behavioral health programs, 401(k), company paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18 days PTO, paid holidays

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, Data Analytics
FSA/MAAA designation strongly preferred
10+ years of experience in actuarial, finance, pricing, or analytics
demonstrated leadership in national or enterprise-level initiatives
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of medical pricing, provider contracting, and affordability strategy
