Job Summary
Oversees the entire Personal Care Center operation and team members, responsible for planning and directing activities to optimize client family satisfaction, resource utilization, and cost containment.
Ensures all policies and procedures are closely followed for 100% compliance in areas including embalming, transporting, removals, and dispatching.
Maintains a safe working environment by training staff on operating procedures, corporate, federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA.
