Job Summary

  • Oversees the entire Personal Care Center operation and team members, responsible for planning and directing activities to optimize client family satisfaction, resource utilization, and cost containment.
  • Ensures all policies and procedures are closely followed for 100% compliance in areas including embalming, transporting, removals, and dispatching.
  • Maintains a safe working environment by training staff on operating procedures, corporate, federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA.
