Key Requirements
3+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with Master's degree
Deep understanding of VLSI back-end custom-transistor based designs
Expertise in industry standard EDA VLSI tools
Signoff aspects in STA, LVS, Static Power Analysis or Signal integrity analysis
Familiar with digital custom circuit transistor-level designs
