Base: $156,900.00 - $247,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Key Requirements
BS degree in Data Science or related field
3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech analytics experience
Experience with patient medical claims/EMR data
Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL
Experience developing AI/GenAI models and data pipelines
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
Effective organizational and project management skills
