Key Requirements
Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams
Strong programming experience with Python and TypeScript
Deep experience with AWS
Experience with ETL pipelines and data platforms
Experience with event-driven and messaging systems
Familiarity with engineering and delivery toolchains
Managing design, build and operations (DevSecOps)
Expertise in observability and reliability practices
Solid understanding of security best practices
Experience with automated testing and modern testing methodologies
Ability to design scalable, data-intensive systems
Knowledge of deployment strategies, CI/CD and SRE principles
