Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • HPLC/UPLC method development for mAbs and ADCs
  • Protein A affinity capture and ion exchange chromatography
  • Analytical and preparative purification of biologics
  • Sample preparation minimizing adsorption and degradation
  • ADC characterization including DAR and free drug analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Deep appreciation of chemical structure and physical properties
  • Familiarity with multidimensional separation techniques (2DLC)
  • Experience with SEC-MALS, CE, icIEF, and DLS techniques
  • Knowledge of intact and subunit LC-MS structural workflows
  • Ability to mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biochemistry/chemistry with 3-5 years experience OR M.S. with 8 years experience
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC for monoclonal antibodies and ADCs
  • Experience with protein purification techniques including capture and polishing chromatography
