Job Summary

  • Lead, coach, and deploy Lean principles, elements, and behaviors across all functions within APM Terminals Management Morocco – Tangier Business Center.
  • Drive a strong Kaizen culture and mindset through robust Kaizen event execution, primarily targeting tangible and sustainable improvements in transactional processes and back-office procedures.
  • Build and sustain a stable Daily Management (DM) and Visual Management (VM) structure across all functions, enabling effective cross-functional performance management and establishing a robust closed-loop follow-up process.

Key Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Certified Lean Advanced Practitioner (Level 4) are considered strong advantages
  • Lean and project management certifications from recognized institutions are a plus
